You need to read the dmesg, it's saying you have to specify the card when the module is added (albeit the developer decided to rant a bit about it too) you need to know which tv card you have and then match it up to a number in that list in your dmesg. Once you have the number do this:
echo saa7134 card=100 sudo tee -a /etc/modules
We know it's not '0' because zero was autodetected and failed to load. But you've not specified what kind of card you have, so you'll have to figure out which one it is. Once you've done the above command with the right number, restart your computer and report back here an updated dmesg log.

Based in the info from Martin's answer, you can manually test a specific model (from the driver's supported module ids).:
Test, if it fails you will need to repeat the entire sequence of commands but replacing card=21 with a different id.
Once you find the best id then append it to /etc/modules per the other answer to make sure it will be correctly set during boot.
